The Summit will take place in the Grand Ballroom at the Renaissance Chancery Court Hotel. Any phone calls or faxes received for delegates during the conference will be passed to the organisers at the Registration Desk & a note put on a board outside the conference room.

VISAS
Some delegates may require a British entry visa and it is your responsibility to obtain this. Please contact your local Consulate for the latest information.
The process of obtaining a visa can be lengthy and you should apply as early as possible. There is often a sliding scale of charges dependant on the length of time given to the embassy to issue the visa.
An official invitation can only be issued after receiving confirmation of payment.

TRANSFERS
The majority of flights arrive at Heathrow or Gatwick and the following transfers are available:
By taxi – there is a black taxi rank outside each terminal. The fare into central London is approx. £55.00 from Heathrow Airport and £95.00 from Gatwick Airport.
By Heathrow Express – the Heathrow Express runs into Paddington station in the city centre and takes 15-20 minutes.
By Gatwick Express – the Gatwick Express runs into Victoria Station in the city centre and takes 30mins.
The nearest Underground Station is Holborn, Picadilly and Central Lines.
